Artifical ovulation induced by rebound reaction

Abstract
|
|
|
1) Unovulatory sex cycle in the cases, of oligomenorrhea and occasional oligomenorrhea was seen.
First, case was provoked the ovulation by estrogen withdrawal bleeding with large dose of estrogen (9Omgm) during 3 months and small dose of stilbesterol immediately after withdrawal bleeding.
Second case was seen withdrawal bleeding by initial large dose and after 2 months vacation again large dose of estrogen. Thereafter this case was provoked the ovulation by small dose of estrogen. immediately after the" bleeding.
2)The cases mentioned above might. be provoked.
The ovulation by the mechanism of control action of estrogen, therefore, it ´was felt that this action was due to rebound reaction.
